âšOctober recap
In the Monthly Recap: September 2026 post, these were my plans for October:
Some time off (unplugging)
Create pages on the website for each overlay (Chat Pond, Hype Train, Sticky Notes, Duck Duck Guess)
More Halloween models
A YT video showcasing my Halloween 3D printable models
Read on to see how October panned out and what's happening in November!
Since I took some time off in the beginning of the month, I ended up deprioritizing designing new Halloween models and instead focused more time on creating better resources to promote the Halloween decor and accessories that I already had designed over the last 3 years.Â
I organized my Halloween models into a collection page so that they'd be easier to find in my 3D model catalog.Â
I created some video content to showcase most of my 3D printable designs for Halloween (YT video | IG carousel)
I recently applied and was accepted into the Artists & Makers Twitch Creator Club which celebrated its 2-year anniversary with a raid train. I was able to meet other creative streamers during the raid train and also got a 30-minute slot in the raid train to introduce myself to the community.
If you're a Twitch streamer and interested in joining a Twitch creator club, there are several to choose from! I'm in the Art + Makers Twitch Creator Club -- apply to join a creator club: https://airtable.com/appop2fSPJzGlSR2c/pagv3IdjvPGhdelYV/formÂ

With the daylight savings time change this weekend, it seemed like a good time to evaluate my stream schedule.
Monday 10am-noon: "Start the Week & Sculpt"
Chat and catch up with viewers; slowly start the week with mentioning what I want to get done this week; sculpt a new duck in Nomad Sculpt.
Problems: Too early for a Monday. When I have a slower creative start (or chat too much in the beginning), I don't finish the sculpt -- I'm accumulating too many unfinished sculpts!
Solutions: Moving to a later time. Also, I think a Friday stream to focus on finishing things (and also transition to fun Friday stream activities) could help.
Tuesday 2-4pm: "Tidying Tuesday"
Organizing/decluttering physical or digital spaces.Â
Dedicating a weekly time slot that requires me to tidy up seems like a good idea for maintenance -- keeps me accountable and inspires others to clean too. I've had streams where I declutter my craft room (which is my office/stream space), my to-do list (digital), and my 3d model catalog on my website.
NOTE: This is the newest series to my stream schedule -- it's been going okay (I think).
Wednesday 1-5pm: "Wingin' it Wednesday"
Doing whatever gets my attention. I've done various things in this time slot. Really depends on what I'm focused on and motivated to do that week/day. Sometimes it's to continue on projects I worked on earlier (over the last week or so), and sometimes it's to work on miscellaneous things that I want to get done.Â
Problem: Having scheduled streams 4 days in a row is draining and doesn't leave me with as much flexibility for catching up on things as I'd like -- I skipped last week's Wingin' it Wednesday stream to give myself a bit of a reset.
Solution: Removing this scheduled stream and really "wingin' it" by having impromptu streams on Wednesdays when I feel like it.Â
Thursday 1-5pm: "Tech Thursday"
Work on anything that's tech related, including vibe coding overlays for my stream, updating my stream setup (OBS scenes, Stream Deck, Streamer.bot), and 3D printing/slicing.Â
NOTE: This series has been pretty good -- probably the one least in need of changing.
See below for more thoughts and plans to experiment with an updated stream schedule!
â¶ïž New Video
I'm slowly improving my video recap style. Trying to balance all the things: keeping it quick and comfortable to record and edit while also making it visually entertaining. I'll continue iterating and improving my format!

I've been invited to join the Designers panel on the 1440 Makers charity stream on Saturday, November 7th: https://www.youtube.com/@1440MakersÂ
I've started working on a bonus model to donate
Twitch streaming: I'll be experimenting with some changes to my stream schedule, initially switching to Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for my weekly scheduled streams.
Shifting Monday stream to 6pm so I have time to rest and take care of personal chores in the morning Cancelling Monday streams for now
Adding Friday streams for finishing things I've started and for fun & games
I'm considering trying out a regular collab stream -- stay tuned!
I'd like to incorporate more digital art (e.g. making emotes and other Twitch assets)Â
I'd also like to work in time for me to play with -- what I call -- "analog art" (e.g. watercolors, paper crafts, sewing, knitting/crochet) -- not sure if those should be bonus streams or worked into a weekly schedule
