Upon becoming a member of the Print & Profit commercial-use membership plan, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use my original 3D models for permitted commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Permitted Use

You may use 3D prints of my original 3D models for commercial purposes, including:

• Selling 3D prints of the models.

• Using printed copies to promote or demonstrate products or services (e.g., showcasing materials, filament, or 3D printers).

This license applies only to the original 3D models listed under the Scope & Platforms section, unless otherwise specified by Karen Chau Designs in writing.

Usage Restrictions

You may not use the 3D models or prints for defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful purposes.

Unless you have explicit written permission from Karen Chau Designs, you may not:

• Share, sell, or redistribute digital files, including derivative works.

• Modify the geometry of the 3D models, except for scaling adjustments.

• Use the models for casting, plastic molding, or mass-market production.

• Use printed models for crowdfunding campaigns or to imply endorsement.

• Use my original media (photos, videos, or product descriptions).

Active Membership Required

You must maintain an active monthly membership to keep your license for all permitted commercial uses, including selling 3D prints and displaying printed models for promotional or showcase purposes.

Attribution Required

All listings or promotional materials featuring printed models must include the following credit:

Liability & Disclaimer

The 3D models are provided “as is”, without warranties, express or implied.

Karen Chau Designs is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the models.

The Licensee assumes responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Karen Chau Designs from any claims, losses, or damages related to their use of the 3D models.

All intellectual property rights to the 3D models remain with Karen Chau Designs. This license grants only the right to use them under these terms.

Termination

This license automatically terminates if:

• Your membership expires or is canceled, or

• You breach any of these terms.

Karen Chau Designs reserves the right to revoke the license at any time in cases of misuse or violation.

Updates & Modifications

These terms may be updated or modified at any time. The most current version will always be available at www.karenchaudesigns.com/licenses

Notification: Members will be notified of changes via email or a posted notice on the membership platform.
