Not counting the handful of "new" models I ported over from other sites, I've added 10.5* completely new models to my MakerWorld page!
*Let's talk about the model that's only getting half credit as a new model
I created an insert for my MakerChip box so you can make 7 neat stacks of MakerChips (custom-made poker chips used as business cards) and easily pack them up to store or travel with them.
I designed and 3D printed these boxes to hold my MakerChips and gave some to people at 3D Printopia back in September 2024. It was one of my last minute projects before heading to Maryland for the event, so I didn't get around to designing the insert at that time.
But now, it's available in time for the 2025 3D printing events, like Rocky Mountain Rep Rap Festival (RMRRF) in Colorado (which is happening this weekend) and Midwest Rep Rap Fest (MRRF) in Indiana.
Download and 3D print your own MakerChips and this box and insert to hold them all! Each box fits about 50 chips.
3D prints for making friendship bracelets!
Something that I felt I needed to design was a pair of tweezers to use with my 3D printable pony beads and friendship bracelet making tools.
I went through a handful of prototypes to get the right sizing and tension option that I think works best for crafting with pony beads. I shared both my preferred option with "soft tension" and included a "firm tension" option in case that is preferred for some.

A MakerWorld user reached out to me to see if I could design an IO shield for the Mini ITX computer (Jetway NF96FL-525 LF motherboard). The IO shield he needed was no longer being made, so he was looking to 3D print some for the computers he was building.
While I'm not into PC building and didn't particularly want to design such a specific model for this rare of a use case, I decided to take on this request. I wanted to help him, but I also wanted to help other people who may be in similar situations with other motherboards.
I thought it would be neat to design it in a way for others to design their own IO shields easily within Bambu Studio, so I designed a base model for the blank plate and models to be treated as negative parts for the ports. Users can easily configure the ports to fit their needs all within the slicing software, without having to use CAD software.
Check out my template and design your own IO shields (i.e. motherboard backplates)!
I participated in the first Pumpkin Jam, a two-day 3D modeling event contest hosted by @CarlThePumpkinMan
For my submission, I designed a blank coin and created a template for people to design their own coins in Bambu Studio.
Check out Carl's video to see the full review and results of the contest (or jump to where he mentions mine at 5:28)
I also added models for the recent holidays in March and April.
Check them out in the respective collections:
Now I'm up to 62 published models on MakerWorld!
I still have a number of never-been-published models and older models I'd like to redesign and/or port from other sites!
Next big milestone to work towards: 100 models on MakerWorld -- when do you think that will be and should I do something special for the 100th model?
