Thanks to Mojee3D for sharing how to design it on Twitch
I wanted to use this concept to make ribbons for my use cases – how will you customize them to use in your projects?
You can use the customization option on MakerWorld to create a TPU strap/ribbon with the parameters you need (e.g. thickness, width).
I uploaded a few sample sizes for you to try. I'll take a few requests to add more sample sizes on Printables -- leave a comment on the model page.

Club members also get access to my parametric Fusion .f3d file to create custom sizes easily.
I printed these with:
0.4mm nozzle
0.42mm line width
Overture HS TPU95A in Magenta
(vase mode*)
In trying to create thin ribbons (ones as thin as a single line width), I came across some print defects on one end of the ribbon. Something that can be addressed with post processing, but I try to avoid post processing steps if possible. This print defect caused some bits of extra filament. This is caused by having the seams for each layer. To avoid this defect, I changed to using vase mode and it came out much better! So keep that in mind if you want very thin ribbons!
